Danilenko, Sergey Andreyevich
Member of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation

He was born on March 14, 1960.
He graduated from Kubansky State University (1987) and Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation (1997).
He began to work before his recruitment to the Armed Forces. Having left the Army after two years of military service he work in various sectors of industry. He gained first experience in public activities, politics and state service while working in Komsomol (Youth League) structures and in Kuban’ Regional Administration. He also was involved in scientificс researches while working at Kuban State University.
He is especially experienced in electoral legislation and electoral procedures as a former Deputy Chairman, Chairman of the Regional (main) Electoral Commission of the Krasnodar Krai (Territory) of the Russian Federation, Member of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation.
In 2004-2011 he held position of the deputy head of deputies’ Association composed of two factions in the State Duma: “Motherland” and “Fair Russia”, Chief of the Office of the Duma’s Committee.
In 2004 - 2011 he was a member of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation in a consultative capacity proposed by the “Motherland” electoral bloc and “Fair Russia” political party.
He was awarded the medal of the order “For the Service to Homeland” of the second degree.
