Ebzeev, Boris Safarovich

Member of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation

He was born on February 25, 1950.

In 1972 he graduated from Judicial Institute in the city of Saratov with distinction.

For a long period he was directly involved in judicial and court practice, lawmaking and state activities. Has a degree of Doctor of Law, he is also the Judge of the highest qualification, Honoured Scientist and Honoured Lawyer of the Russian Federation.

He is the author of more than two hundred scientific studies on law and law practice, textbooks for students, commentaries on legislation and laws in draft. He is a former participant of the famous Constitutional Conference (1993) as well as a former Judge of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federations and a former President of the Karachai-Cherkess Republic of the Russian Federation.

He is awarded the Order of Amity.
