Lopatin, Anton Igorevich
Member of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation

He was born on September 4, 1974 in Moscow.
He graduated from the Institute of Modern Business (1998), Moscow University of International Economic Relations (2005) and the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation (2010).
He gained a great political experience. At various times he served as Сhief of the department of the All-Russian socio-political organization “Otechestvo” («Fatherland»), a deputy assistant of the deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Deputy Chief Administrator of the Association of Deputies’ factions represented by “Otechestvo - Russia” and “United Russia”, Chief of the Secretariat of the Secretary of the Presidium of the General Council of the All-Russian political party “United Russia”.
In 2007–2011 he was an executive chief of the Secretariat of the Deputy Chairman of the State Duma, a legal adviser to the Chairman of Federation of Independent Labor Unions of Russia.
